A Federal Judge of Texas canceled the Health Eleveance trial which has unjustly assert the government reducing its quality insurance notes – a decision that could cost a height of $ 375 million as a bonus.

American district judge Mark T. Pittman, appointed by President Trump in 2019, reprimanded Elevance’s legal arguments as “perplexed” and said that the health insurance company was unaware of basic mathematics. He said that the centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the federal agency that regulate the medicare plans admitted and attributes stars notes to each plan, have correctly followed the law.

The decision marks another loss for the Medicare Advantage industry, which has aggressively pursued the government for its rating calculations in order to resume billions of dollars in potentially lost income.
