Where we started – two losses, medication and an IUI failure
By the time FemaSeed came on the scene, Aslyn and her partner had already gone through natural conception, loss, medication, and a round of IUI.
“My partner and I had been trying to conceive and got pregnant naturally twice,” she shares.

“The first time we did it it was a little painful but everyone, including ourselves, was learning,” Aslyn tells us.

“Honestly, it wasn’t until we got a positive pregnancy test that we were sure things had gone well,” Aslyn shares.
“We had suffered so many losses and failures that we were in a bit of defeat mode, but we were incredibly grateful to know that it was working. Now I’m seven months pregnant with our first child and I couldn’t be happier.
Now, in 2026, seven months pregnant, she can look back on that decision to try intratubal insemination and view it as a turning point in her fertility story.
